His acuity and in-depth knowledge in credit law and securitization brings an incredible expertise and experience in financial factoring, engineering, structuring and management. James speaks French and German Fluently and studied at the Ghana Institute of Languages, Alliance Francaise and the Goethe Institute Respectively. Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, UK and a Doctoral Candidate (Doctor of Business Administration) IPAG Business School, Paris.

Oladipupo Ajayi ESQ is a corporate lawyer, an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is a Co-founder of E-Lawyer & Associates and has incorporated over 1,500 companies with verifiable proofs. As a business attorney with focus on project/corporate financing, debt recovery, contract drafting and review, corporate governance & company formation, his contribution as a legal advisor of the Microgenius Company comes highly commendable. He is a Member of the Following: International Bar Association, Pan-Africa Youth Leaders of the United Nations, Nigerian Bar Association, Negotiation and Conflict Management Group & Institute of Management Consultant. He was also the Principal Legal Officer for the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority.

As a Private Secretary, Stenographer and a Certified Executive Assistant, she holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Studies with an experience in Human Resource Management and Procurement.

He is the founder of Edward Agyekum Kufuor Foundation. He is an Executive Member of the Governing Council of African-International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AICCI), Chairman of Heritage Capital Management (HCM), President of Hannaba Limited and its Subsidiaries, also a Director and Board Member of Origin 8. Edward is a computer science, business management concentration graduate from Dillard University, USA. He is experienced in SME setups, project financing, asset and venture capital management. He is an expert in conflict resolution and management. He is a sprout politician, a pastor, motivational speaker and an actor. Edward Agyekum Kufuor Hails from one of Ghana’s Prominent Political Families. He is the second son of former President of the Republic of Ghana (2001-2009) His Excellency John Agyekum Kufuor; who also served as Chairman of the African Union (AU) from 2007-2008.
